1 tablespoon Tea Guys Pomegranate, Pear & Ginger Tea

1 cup lowfat milk

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

DIRECTIONS

1. Place oats, milk tea in a microwave safe bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Microwave mixture for 2-4 minutes or until oatmeal just begins to thicken.
3. Stir oatmeal and enjoy.
