Apple Red Cabbage Slaw

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, honey, vinegar, lime juice and a dash of cayenne pepper; season to taste with salt and pepper and set dressing aside.

4. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples, green onion and parsley. Add dressing and toss to coat well. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

5. Serve topped with peanuts.
