1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Add egg yolks and whole egg to a food processor and puree for 1 minute.

3. With the food processor off, add lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper. Process another minute.

4. Turn the food processor on and slowly add olive oil until completely emulsified, or blended.
