Apple Cider Moscow Mule

Ginger beer combined with apple cider, notes of citrus and chai spices.

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Make Spiced Simple Syrup. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, water and spices; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour. Strain into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and let cool. Let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until cold. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

4. Make mule in a 20-ounce copper mug, combine apple cider, beer, vodka, simple syrup and orange juice; stir well. Top with ice and garish with apple and oranges slices.
