Fresh Organic Farm Raised Salmon
From our Partner, North Coast Seafoods, these UK Soil Association-certified organic salmon are sustainably farmed and harvested from Organic Sea Harvest in Scotland, north east of the Isle of Skye.
P.E.I. Farm Raised Organic Mussels
In partnership with, North Coast Seafoods, our Prince Edward Island Raised Organic Mussels meet Canada Organic Regime regulations and are the best tasting organic options available from sea to plate.

Our Chef from North Coast Seafood will be hosting a series of cooking instructions! You will see a wide variety of recipe and cooking techniques from the oven to the grill and more.
