Ingredients
Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. One boiling, reduce heat to low, whisk in cornstarch and cook for 4 minutes or until sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice. Serve warm over your favorite ice cream with a sprinkling of graham crackers.
