Spiced White Hot Chocolate
Chocolate Hazelnut Hot Cocoa
Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine water, cocoa powder and sugar; bring to a simmer. Add chocolate chips and milk; stir and heat for 7 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is very warm, do not let boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in whiskey and butterscotch liqueur.
4. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
