Carrie Taylor, RDN, LDN, RYT
As the Lead Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for Big Y Foods, Carrie has had the awesome opportunity to watch the footprint of Big Y’s Living Well Eating Smart program grow since 2005. Consistently aiming to inspire others to live the life they deserve by making sound, no nonsense meal decisions, her love for nutrition stems from her love of food. For that reason, Carrie's goal for nearly two decades has been to empower others by demystifying nutrition fads and negative food relationships with fun, honest, stress-free education.
A dietetics and exercise science graduate from Virginia Tech, Carrie completed both her yoga teacher and Mindful Outdoor Guide trainings through Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA and is a registered yoga teacher.
