About Our Nutrition Experts
Carrie Taylor, RDN, KYT
As the Lead Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for Big Y Foods, Carrie has had the awesome opportunity to watch the footprint of Big Y’s nutrition program grow since launching the Living Well Eating Smart® program in 2005. During her tenure, Carrie has received recognition for her impact from local and state dietetic associations, the American Heart Association, Griffin Report and Progressive Grocer.
Trained in dietetics and sports medicine from Virginia Tech, as well as yoga, meditation and forest bathing from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Carrie promotes an embodied approach to wellness. Through her writing and media for the be well™ with Big Y® program, Carrie aims to inspire others to live the life they deserve through food, physical activity and mindfulness while connecting to nature.
Making Western Massachusetts her home since joining Big Y, Carrie relishes in the offerings of the more-than-human world of the region and hikes almost daily with her pup and son in tow.
Andrea Luttrell, RDN, LDN
Andrea has worked for Big Y's nutrition program since 2006 and became the second Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for the company in 2009. Andrea holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Holyoke Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With a passion for food, cooking and overall wellbeing, Andrea strives to teach simple lifestyle changes that make big impacts on health.
In addition to her work at Big Y, Andrea serves as President on the Western Area Massachusetts Dietetic Association (WAMDA) Executive Board and is an active volunteer in local youth sports organizations. She has also been recognized as part of the BusinessWest 40 Under Forty Class of 2020. In her free time, she loves to kayak, hike, bake yummy treats and spend time with her husband and two boys.
Kathy Jordan, MS, RDN, CPT
Massachusetts Consulting Dietitian
Kathy is a Consulting Registered Dietitian with the be well™ with Big Y® program. She covers the Massachusetts region while offering Virtual Nutrition Services. From a young age, Kathy has encouraged others to make healthy food choices while integrating fitness and positive lifestyle behaviors to live their best lives. Her passion for nutrition and health led her to author and co-author several books, teach at the university level and work in both in- and outpatient nutritional settings.
Kathy is a Registered Dietitian and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Dietetics and Foods in Business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science (MS) in Food Science and Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University. She enjoys spending time outside hiking, skiing and kayaking with her husband and two dogs.
Natalie Webb, MS, RDN, LD, FAND
Connecticut Consulting Dietitian
Natalie is the newest Consulting Registered Dietitian for the be well™ with Big Y® program, covering the Connecticut region while offering Virtual Nutrition Services. Over the past 30 years, she has consulted with food and beverage industries, professional sports teams, health clubs, major medical centers and universities. As a distinguished Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (FAND), she has the unique achievement of being distinguished among her colleagues by her service to the dietetics profession and by optimizing the nation's health through food and nutrition.
Natalie received her BS in Dietetics and Food Service Management at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and received an MS in Clinical Nutrition at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY. In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, cycling and trekking most recently completing two sprint triathlons.
Sue Mazrolle, MS, RDN
Virtual Consulting Dietitian
Sue has previously worked as an In-Store Consulting Dietitian for Big Y and now consults as a Virtual Registered Dietitian for the be well™ with Big Y® program. As a mother of three adult children, Sue has spent decades teaching in the kitchen and brings a real-world attitude, and the humor that comes from raising hungry kids, to keep her events lively, practical and fresh. She believes a healthful meal plan can be delicious, fun and painless.
Sue earned her BS in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her MS in Nutrition from Tufts University. When she's not in the kitchen or bringing treats to her clients, you'll find Sue hiking and biking, planning edible adventures, gardening and experimenting with new recipes and kitchen gadgets.
Jacqui Campbell, MS, RD, CDN, LDN
Consulting Dietitian - Recipe Specialist
As Big Y's Consulting Dietitian - Recipe Specialist, Jacqui has also consulted as both an In-Store and Virtual Dietitian for the be well™ with Big Y® program. Her passion for food and nutrition began in high school when she worked in the dining room at Canyon Ranch health spa. She saw how the power of food could change one's overall health and wellness and wanted to bring this concept to others. She currently specializes in working with individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, digestive disorders and diabetes.
Jacqui received her BS in Human Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She completed her dietetic internship and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics at SUNY College at Oneonta. In her free time, she loves to cook and stay active with her husband and two sons.
