Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour bottom and sides of a loaf pan; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, sugar and butter. Fold into dry ingredients and stir until just moistened; fold in zucchini and sweet potatoes.
4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center of loaf comes out clean.
5. Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely.
