Zesty Summer Slaw
DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Place garlic, lime juice, both oils, honey and paprika in a blender and blend until smooth; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine carrots, both cabbages, red onion and cilantro; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add dressing and toss to coat well. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
