Whole Wheat English Muffin Pizzas

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4. Arrange the English muffin halves, cut side up, onto baking sheet. Lightly brush tops with olive oil.

5. Place in the oven and toast until barely golden, about 4 minutes.

6. Mix the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses together in a small bowl and set aside.

7. Spoon a heaping tablespoon pizza sauce over each english muffin, using the back of a spoon to spread it evenly. Top with cheese and seasonings. Add pizza toppings, if desired.

8. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the muffins are browned on the edges.
