1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang on all sides; set aside
3: Place semi-sweet chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat on HIGH heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Stir in 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
4: Place white chocolate in another large microwave-safe bowl and heat on HIGH heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Stir in remaining condensed milk and extract.
5: Spoon chocolate, alternating between the two mixtures, into prepared pan. Create swirls by running a knife through both chocolates.
6: Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight or overnight until completely set.
