1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3. Mix cold quinoa, yogurt, milk (to desired consistency) and maple syrup in a bowl.
4. Top with banana slices, coconut, almonds and blueberries.
