Three Bean Salad
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, oil, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, combine beans and green onion. Add dressing and toss to coat.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
