Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add turkey, onion, garlic and bell pepper and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, for 6 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
2. Add corn, cumin, pepper, beef broth, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning and ketchup. Cook for 6 minutes.
3. Serve on rolls with coleslaw and cheese.
