Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce under cold water and pat dry. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lime juice and sriracha; fold in cucumber, carrots and cilantro. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
3. In separate large bowl, gently mix turkey and 1/2 the teriyaki sauce; form into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Wash hands after handling raw turkey.
4. Spray patties with cooking spray; place on hot grill rack, cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit with an instant read thermometer, brushing with remaining teriyaki sauce after 5 minutes and turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
5. Serve burgers in buns topped with mayonnaise mixture.
