Taco Pumpkin Seeds

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. In a medium bowl, combine butter, lime juice and taco seasoning. Add pumpkin seeds and toss to coat well.

5. Spread seeds out in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes; remove from oven and stir. Continue to cook for 10 minutes or until seeds begin to brown.

6. Remove from oven, let cool until warm to the touch and serve.
