1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, ginger and mustard powder; stir well to combine. Add cornstarch and mix well. Cook, whisking constantly, for 10 minutes or until thickened.

3. Reserve 1/4 cup for serving with cooked meat and use remaining for basting while cooking.
