Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, lime juice, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Evenly divide and spread the mayonnaise mixture on all 8 slices of bread.
3. Top one slice with a lettuce leaf, 1½ strips bacon, 2 turkey slices, 2 slices yellow pepper, 2 pickle slices, a lettuce leaf and another slice of bread, mayonnaise-side down.
4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
