This recipe is a fresh change to traditional chicken salad with the addition of heart-healthy sunflower seed spread and fruit. Enjoy on dark, leafy-green lettuce or whole grain bread!
Recipe from SunButter Sunflower Seed Spread.
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Toss chicken, apple and grapes in a bowl. Add SunButter, yogurt and honey. Stir until ingredients are well coated.
4. Spoon into lettuce leaves, wrap and serve.
