Summer Fruit & Broccoli Salad with Goat Cheese

WINE PAIRING - G. Charpentier Sauvignon Blanc 750 ml Crisp and fresh, beaming with citrusy notes of grapefruit running through a core of minerality! This zippy little number is the perfect summer white to pair with the tangy goat cheese.

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Place strawberries, blueberries, mango chunks, green grapes and broccoli in a large bowl. Pour Brianna's New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing over all in large bowl; toss to coat. Top salad with goat cheese and sugared pecans.

Cook's note: if serving salad later, cover all fruit and broccoli and place in refrigerator. Right before serving, add dressing and toss then top with goat cheese and pecans.
