Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. In a drink shaker, combine 3 Tbsp. cake- flavored vodka, 1½ Tbsp. Irish Cream liqueur and ½ Tbsp. butterscotch liqueur.
2. Fill with ice and shake well. If desired, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into 1 well-chilled martini glass.
3. Pour martini over top and serve.
