Stuffed Lamb Meatballs with Feta & Olives

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. In a large bowl combine lamb, garlic, and oregano.

5. In another bowl combine milk, breadcrumbs and egg. Stir and transfer mixture to the bowl with lamb

6. Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

7. Form small balls, about 1” diameter, while stuffing a feta cube into the center. Wash hands after handling raw lamb and egg.

8. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes

9. Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and olives
