Ingredients
Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a food processor, add spinach, cilantro, basil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste; process until finely chopped.
4. Slowly add oil and process until mixed well and desired consistency is reached. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
5. Serve with a variety of cut-up vegetables.
