DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, 1 tablespoon oil and Cajun seasoning; toss until coated. Thread shrimp on wooden skewers and grill for 3 minutes per side or until shrimp are cooked through. During last 2 minutes of grilling, add tortillas and grill for 1 minute per side.
3. In a medium bowl, combine black beans, chili peppers, bell pepper, green onion and cilantro. Add remaining oil, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste; toss to coat.
4. Evenly divide shrimp and black bean salsa between flour tortillas and serve.
