Spicy Roasted Garlic Dip

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse fresh produce.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Slice top 1/2 inch off each garlic bulb.
  5. Place bulbs, cut-side-up, on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  6. Crimp foil to seal and bake for 30-40 minutes or until garlic is soft and golden brown. Let cool completely.
  7. Once cool, squeeze garlic cloves out of their skin into a food processor.
  8. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and red pepper; process until smooth. Season with additional salt and red pepper, if desired.
  9. Garnish with chives and serve room temperature or chilled.
  10. Goes great with Crav'n Flavor spicy breaded pickle slices!
