Spicy Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice top 1/2 inch off each garlic bulb.
- Place bulbs, cut-side-up, on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
- Crimp foil to seal and bake for 30-40 minutes or until garlic is soft and golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Once cool, squeeze garlic cloves out of their skin into a food processor.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and red pepper; process until smooth. Season with additional salt and red pepper, if desired.
- Garnish with chives and serve room temperature or chilled.
- Goes great with Crav'n Flavor spicy breaded pickle slices!
