Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and half and half; heat for 7 minutes or until mixture just begins to boil.
3. Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in both chocolates.
4. Once melted, add sugar, vanilla, chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt and whisk vigorously. Reheat gently to desired temperature and serve immediately.
