Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Spread chipotle mayonnaise onto one side of each slice multigrain bread.

3. Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Once hot, place one slice of bread, mayonnaise-side down, into skillet. Top with chorizo sausage slices, roasted red pepper, bother cheeses and another bread slice, mayonnaise-side up.

4. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until browned.
