Crostini layered with smoked salmon and a herbed cream cheese.

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Cut salmon into 24 - 2 x 1-inch strips; set aside.

4. In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, chives, dill and pepper; mix until softened and fluffy.

5. To assemble, spread bread slices with cheese mixture. Top with a strip of salmon and garnish with parsley.
