Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil. Let boil for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; add 1 cup mint leaves, and let stand 2 hours or until mixture is completely cool.
3.. Muddle remaining ½ cup mint leaves in the bottom of a pitcher. Pour sugar/mint mixture through a strainer into the pitcher, discarding mint. Stir in club soda, lime juice and tequila. Serve over ice, garnished with additional mint leaves and lime wedges if desired.
