Sesame Beef and Broccoli

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, brown sugar, orange juice and vinegar; reserve ΒΌ cup. Pour remaining marinade into a large plastic bag and add beef strips; seal and flip to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
2. In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes; discard used marinade. Remove beef from wok and set aside.
3. Return wok to medium heat and add onion and garlic; cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add reserved marinade and broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until broccoli is just tender. Return meat to pan and cook until heated through.
4. Serve beef and broccoli mixture over rice garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
