Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In separate pans, wilt spinach and cook eggs until no longer runny.

4. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, spinach, eggs and sausage.

5. Top with pesto and Parmesan cheese, as desired.
