Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise onto one side of each of 2 slices whole wheat bread.
3. Coat a large skillet with Big Y no-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Once hot, place one slice of bread, mayonnaise-side down, into skillet.
4. Top with 3-4 cooked low sodium bacon slices, 5 dill pickle slices, a Colby Jack cheese slice and another bread slice, mayonnaise-side up.
5. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until browned.
