A savory warm dish with sweet peas and smoky sausage.

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high. Add smoked Polish sausage and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add peas, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and cook until bubbling, about 10 minutes.

4. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until mixture is heated through, about 5 minutes.

5. Serve garnished with parsley, if desired.
