- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high. Add smoked Polish sausage and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add peas, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and cook until bubbling, about 10 minutes.
- Add rice and stir. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until mixture is heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Serve garnished with parsley, if desired.
