1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Prepare ravioli per instructions; drain.
3: Rinse fresh produce prior to prepping.
4: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shallot; cook 2 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in spinach, sauce, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently. Stir in cream; cook 1 minute or until slightly thickened, stirring ocassionally. Remove from heat; add ravioli and stir to coat.
5: Serve ravioli sprinkled with cheese and basil, if desired.
