Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Cut 4 (12-inch-square) sheets aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray.
3. Place 1 graham cracker in center of each foil sheet; top with chocolate bars, marshmallows, caramel topping, salt and remaining 4 graham crackers. Bring 2 edges of foil up over s'mores and fold to seal; fold sides of foil to seal. Place packs, seal side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes. Turn off 1 side of grill; place packs over unlit side of grill, cover and cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned and marshmallows begin to melt.
4. Carefully open packs to serve.
