1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Place chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs in 2 shallow dishes with openings big enough to fit rim of a martini glass. Dip rim first in chocolate sauce and then in the graham cracker crumbs until thoroughly coated; set aside.
3. Fill a shaker with ice. Add chocolate liqueur, half-and-half, vodka and Irish cream. Shake vigorously until cocktail is combined.
