Pumpkin Spice-Apple Dump Cake

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2: Wash hands with soap and water.
3: Rinse all produce under running water prior to prepping.
4: Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
5: In a large bowl, toss apples, sugar, pumpkin spice extract and orange extract; spread in prepared dish.
6: Sprinkle apple mixture with cake mix and pecans; sprinkle with butter pieces.
7: Bake cake 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown.
8: Serve cake topped with ice cream and drizzle with caramel topping.
