Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

4. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

5. In a large bowl, toss apples, sugar, pumpkin spice extract and orange extract; spread in prepared dish.

6. Sprinkle apple mixture with cake mix and pecans; sprinkle with butter pieces.

7. Bake cake 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown.

8. Serve cake topped with ice cream and drizzle with caramel topping.
