1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit; spray 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
3: In large bowl, whisk cake mix, pumpkin, ginger ale and tonic water; pour into prepared pan. Bake cake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool completely in pan on wire rack. Run small knife around edge of pan to loosen; remove cake from pan and transfer to cake plate.
4: In small bowl, whisk sugar, sparkling water and pumpkin pie spice; pour over cake.
5: Cut cake into 10 slices.
