Pumpkin Bread with Walnuts & Raisins

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. 

4. In a separate large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs. Wash hands after handling raw eggs. Add dry ingredients and butter to pumpkin mixture and mix until well blended; fold in walnuts and raisins. Transfer to a greased loaf pan.

5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle of bread comes out clean.
