1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In large saucepot, heat milk shakes, cinnamon sticks, sugar, vanilla extract and cayenne pepper over medium heat 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves and chocolate mixture is heated through, stirring occassionally; reduce heat to low and partially cover to keep warm.
3. To serve, ladle chocolate mixture into 10 (10-ounce) mugs; top with marshmallows and garnish with cayenne pepper, if desired.
