Pound Cake

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat over to at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9”x13” metal cake pan with nonstick spray.

4. In a stand mixer on medium speed, cream together butter and sugar until mixture is pale yellow.

5. Turn mixer to low speed and add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated, scraping edges of bowl as needed. Wash hands after handling raw eggs.

6. Add extracts, and slowly add flour and baking soda until thoroughly mixed.

7. Add yogurt and mix until just incorporated.

8. Pour batter into pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean.
