Pita Pockets with Chickpea Salad

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a medium bowl, add garbanzo beans; using a fork or potato masher, smash beans until slightly chunky.
2. Add feta cheese, celery, carrots, yogurt, red onion, parsley, vinegar, lemon juice and pepper to taste; mix well.
3. Split pita bread rounds in half and fill each pocket with 2 lettuce leaves and divide garbanzo bean mixture evenly between the pita halves and serve.
