Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl to blend well.
4. Place all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl, drizzle with desired amount of dressing, then toss to evenly coat.
5. Serve immediately.
