Patriotic Angel Food Cake & Berry Parfaits

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a medium bowl using an electric mixer on medium-low speed, beat together cream cheese, yogurt, agave nectar, almond extract and salt until smooth; fold in whipped topping.

4. Cut angel food cake slices into cubes.

5. In a medium bowl, combine berries.

6. Layer ingredients, dividing half between eight, 12-ounce parfait glasses: berries, angel food cake and whipped topping mixture; repeat to form additional layer; end with whipped topping mixture and garnish with berries. Serve immediately.
