DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a small bowl, whisk together fruit juices, jalapeño, cilantro and salt and pepper to taste. Slowly whisk in oil; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, add noodles, chicken, bell pepper, mango and watercress; add half of the juice mixture and toss to coat well.
3. Top with sunflower seeds and peanuts and serve with remaining juice mixture.
