Oven Baked Breaded Chicken

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder and paprika, set aside.
3. In a food processor, add cornflakes and pine nuts and pulse until finely ground, transfer to a shallow dish and add Parmesan cheese.
4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, to taste and sprinkle both sides of each with the garlic powder mixture.
5. Spread both sides of each chicken breast with a tablespoon of mustard, coat in cornflake mixture.
6. Place on a broiler pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
