1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Cook beef or turkey and onion until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified by an instant-read food thermometer; drain. Stir in salsa, water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Layer ingredients into Fiesta Flats as follows in each shell: lettuce, meat mixture, cheese and tomatoes for garnish.
