Oregano-Lemon Marinade- Chef Mary
1. Wash hands with soap and running water.
2. Place all ingredients into a medium bowl, or glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, and whisk, or shake, well to combine.
3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Note: Marinade can be made a day ahead.
